Job Description:
- Lead and arrange technicians to carry out daily operation and maintenance work.
- Monitor, maintain and improve the operation management system, and carry out relevant work
- Report the repair tasks.
- Contact the suppliers on the repair and maintenance and control the costs of repair and maintenance.
- Statistical work on operation defects, record the maintenance and repair, and ensure data is complete and accurate.
- Prepare technical documents e.g. technical spec. for outsource purchasing, technical report, tending document etc.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years or more experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in automation system plant facilities is an advantage.
- Knowledge in safety and health management system is must.
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
- Candidates will more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
