Great Link Engineering Limited (GLE) is proud to announce the successful completion of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) installation project dedicated entirely to Terminal 2 operations at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). Executed in partnership with client Vanderlande Industries Hong Kong Limited from June 2025 to June 2026, this targeted installation plays an important role in supporting the operation of the newly expanded Terminal 2 facility.
Inside Terminal 2, our professional engineering team successfully completed the installation of advanced baggage conveyor networks designed to streamline passenger luggage processing. The scope also encompassed critical Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) equipment installations and precise structural steelwork erection across the terminal’s baggage handling areas. This milestone underscores GLE’s technical expertise in delivering high-performance automatic baggage handling system for modern airport terminals.
